Tracer Gas

Tracer gas is one of the most advanced tools for detecting water infiltration. This method allows us to identify even the smallest leaks in pipes and structures without the need for demolition.

The gas, being lighter than air, escapes from the exact point of infiltration, enabling us to find the issue with maximum precision, while reducing costs and time of intervention.

Thermal Camera

The thermal camera is an essential tool to detect water infiltration and heat loss quickly and non-invasively.

Thanks to the detection of temperature differences, we can precisely identify damp areas hidden behind walls, floors, and ceilings.

Moisture Meter

Moisture meters are essential instruments for measuring humidity levels in materials and detecting the presence of hidden infiltrations.

With our advanced equipment, we can detect deep moisture without drilling or demolition, allowing us to accurately locate the problem.

Uranine with UV Lamp

Uranine is a fluorescent tracer dye that, when combined with a UV lamp, allows us to identify pathways and water infiltration even in the most difficult areas to inspect.

This method is ideal for detecting leaks in plumbing systems, roofing, and porous surfaces, as it clearly highlights the path of water under ultraviolet light.
